MTV helped further launch Bruce Springsteen into the stratosphere. Before Little Steve was Silvio on The Sopranos, he was making goofy faces on the video for "Glory Days." Does the album still stand up 23 years later?

The concept may not be new and there might not be anything to say about this record that hasn't been said before, but that doesn't mean it's not worth discussing again- preferably while listening to the album. Being stranded is optional.

The music industry is complaining about slumping sales, so I have come up with a plan to help. I came up with a list of just some of the things they could release over the coming months that I would buy, including music from U2, AC/DC, Otis Rush, Muddy Waters, Bruce Springsteen, Tom Petty, and The Beatles.
